Mridul,

The link https://jeeadv.ac.in/documents/certificates/OBC-NCL.pdf is the format, which you can use to fill up. Log in to your account and submit your OBC-NCL form in the upload document section. Make sure your form is attasted and filled up properly.

Mridul the official candidate portal is online from yesterday where you can download the hall ticket also today on the dashboard of the cportal the link of upload certificate is available and there is space where you can upload it cause even I did it today itself
