MAT exam is considered (comparatively), the easiest among the top Entrance exams for Masters in Business administration. So, if you have a considerable accuracy in any other exam, you should definitely go for it. However, ICET or integrated common entrance test is a state level examination, i.e. it is only applicable for business colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Whereas, MAT is widely accepted in manu of the top B-schools in India. So, i think you should attempt MAT too.
