The minimum marks required in the entrance exam is 35% for general candidates. As for the SC/ST candidates the required marks will be less. The admission will be done based on the merit of the candidate in the entrance. Now, the closing marks for admission will depend upon how many candidates have applied, how many seats are vacant, paper level and the highest secured marks. So, it varies each year.
