Now Coming to your query, Dear as per my knowledge If you are allotted seat in the 1st round but you are not satisfied with it and want to go for a 2nd round then to participate in the 2nd round you need to cancel/reject the seat you got in the 1st round before due date. In that case, you are not eligible to participate in the 2nd round. Once you contact the college administration in which you got a seat and tell them that you don't want to take this seat. I think they can suggest you something good. Otherwise contact help desk.
