From the above cutoff details, you can estimate whether you have qualified in JEE Mains or not. If your percentile in JEE Mains is more or equal to the cutoff percentile according to your respective category, then you have qualified in JEE Mains. If your percentile is lower than that,then you are not qualified.
If you have qualified for JEE mains, then you can appear for JEE Advanced 2020 and also be qualified to attend the JOSAA counseling for admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
