You can go for PO Exam once you complete your graduation. There are mainly two types of PO Exam-

IBPS conducts exam for various public sector banks and then appoint qualified candidates as per banks need. Qualified candidates join as Probationary Officers. 

2nd Programme-

You have to pursue PGDBF- Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Finance, In this program , Candidates undergo for 1 year training program and then join bank branch as PO.
