Hello dear student, the registration fees you are talking about is non refundable. Once you pay the fees for counseling that is 1000 for the general category and 500 for the rest SC/ST category. You won't be able to get it back . It is mentioned in the official website of the NEET it's been mentioned there once you pay registration fee you cannot get it back it is non refundable.
