Dear Jincy, if it is for All India Counselling, MCI will announce the official list of Candidates eligible for the refund. Such Candidates will receive the amount to their original accounts the amount was initially paid from. If it is for State authorities, the process is the same as well. Few States have been listing the eligible Candidates for refund. Please check the relevant official website for more details.
