Will Neet UG registration fees of refundable amount be refunded if I had not locked my choices

At the time of registration, students have to pay two kinds of fee -- for deemed universities, students have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 5,000 and refundable security amount of Rs 2 lakh. The refundable amount will be adjusted against the first-year tuition fee by the respective college if he or she joins it.Else, it will be refunded to the bank account provided by the students at the time of registration.
