Here are some tips to score well in Physics:
1) Study and understand NCERT physics textbooks. This is the most important resource for NEET. Making notes for important topics will help you while revising in the end.
2) You can supplement your base knowledge with reference books such as HC Verma, Pradeep Publications, DC Pandey's Objective Physics etc. These are to be used to futher your understanding and clearing concepts.
3) Past NEET papers - Solve as many as possible. 1-2 months before NEET, sit and time yourself and solve full NEET papers so that you know how to manage your time.
4) Physics is all about understanding concepts and learning to apply them. A certain amount of mathematical skills are also needed to get the correct answers in numericals. So get into the habit of learning basic formulae, and applying them by solving plenty of questions.

Best book for NEET exam is your 11th 12th ncert book. So prepare it well this will definitely help you in scoring good marks not only for physics but for other subjects too.
For prepration just do all the concepts amd than revise them well, also solve previous years papers which will give you idea about paper.
