The fee structure for MBBS varies as per the college,  for the new AIIMS the fees is approx Rs 6000 for the whole course with additional Rs 50000 per annum mess fees and for AIIMS Delhi it is Rs 1000 plus Rs 2000 per month mess fees ( subject to revision )

Apart from AIIMS, The fee structure of other medical colleges also remain low which is approximately 10 to 15 k per annum plus addition mess and hostel fees. 

For private medical colleges the fee can go as high as 50 lakhs for the whole course. 

In order to get admission in a medical college you need to first qualify National Eligibility cum Eentrance Test (NEET) and then based on your rank in NEET Exam you will get admission into a college.
