The Board Qualification marks criteria for being elligible to apply for AFMC is that :
One must pass his 10+2 level at a single attempt with the aggregate percentage in the Group Subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English to be not less than 60%.
Apart from this, the candidate must in all subjects and Mathematics should be minimum at pass level in Class 10.
Sorry to say, but looking at your scores of HSC, it doesn't see that you have a good chance of making it through AFMC.
Your English score must be 83+ to stand a good chance.
