Human Resource Management is a systemic approach involving people management in any organisation for a progressive work environment which promotes productivity of the organisation. This is a people centric approach for effective employee-employer relations in an organisation. The process includes selecting the right talent for the right job, conducting the interviews, hiring the right people and inducting them in the company. This is followed by arranging orientation, training and resources for developing the specific skills. Once the employee starts working real time, periodic performance appraisal, deciding the compensatory benefits are all a part of Human resources management. All this is done by complying to the labour laws of the country the organisation is located in.
