MSRIM is an average college which follows the admission process as mentioned below:

• Register and Apply: Interested candidates can apply online with the required information.
• Written Test: Eligible candidates need to appear for the Comprehension ability and General knowledge test conducted by the M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management.
• Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion based on MAT / CAT / CMAT / ATMA / XAT / GMAT score and Comprehension ability and General knowledge test.
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview on the basis of Group Discussion.
• Final Selection: Candidates are selected based on MAT / CAT / CMAT / ATMA / XAT / GMAT score and performance in Group Discussion/ Personal Interview/ Written Test.

According to last year placement report, it offered an average package of Rs. 4.21 lakhs per annum and the highest package are Rs. 14 lakhs per annum and the minimum package was of around Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum. Its fee is Rs. 6.25 lakhs for two years.
