Hi,
If you want to become an air hostess then first you have to pass 10+2. As you told that you have just passed class 10. Now You need to work on these tips.

Prepare yourself for the exam
A pleasant look
Don't gain weight
Fitness
Build some behavioral skills
Control your temper
