Dear Lamin, 143 marks were the cut off for ST Category at North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health Sciences Shillong for State Quota  and the rank was 4,97,635. Having said that cut off varies from year to year depending on various factors like no. of candidates appearing for the exam, difficulty of the exam and the no. of seats available in the college. Having said that 250 seems to be a safe score going by the previous year trend. Neverthless, aim a little higher so that you dont have to walk on egg shells at a layer stage.
