The cut off for admission in North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS), Shillong in the previous year for the ST category under the State quota was a rank of 4,97,635 and a score of 143 marks. Hence if you score above 250 marks, yes, you'll have fair chances of admission here. But also keep in mind that the cut off varies each year due to several factors like level of difficulty, Competition etc.
