So, you can easily cancel your admission in KCET allotted college if you don't wish to study further or if you don't like that college. Then if you want you can also quit engineering after 1st year aslo.

But if you have submitted your whole 1st year fees, then you won't be able to reimbursed the whole fees while the some portion of your fees will be refunded after the charging of the cancellation of your admission.

You may not get your whole admission fee back but college will return some amount of your fees.
