As you have been allotted a seat in the first round and you have accepted it and intended to  take admission then in any -way or in any case allotted seats are not cancelled rather than situation arisen which is unavoidable for the authority of the college. In this situation authority  will inform you particularly and you will get a chance from their side to take admission in the next notification.
