There are good, public and private, colleges for UG studies in Journalism.

Any student who has passed 10+2 with minimum 50% is eligible to apply.

Each college has there own entrance exam, which the candidates have to pass. But no worries as with genuine preparation you can easily crack these entrance tests. They are usually of moderate to easy level.
