Hello aspirant!!

You can get jobs based on 10th class because you have failed in 12th class. You can try for some low grade government jobs as your qualification is less. You can get many private jobs. But expecting good package is not advisable. Try to study further and then try for job or do Certification courses or take training to get more job opportunities.
