You can't apply for HITSEEE as age limit is 19 years old on April 30,2019.You must have to fill this criteria in order to be elligible for HITSEEE.

Age Limit: The upper age limit must be 19 years old as on April 30, 2019 .
You age must not be greater than 19 years old.
