I am a 12th passed student . If i would join aakash institute for NEET , do they'll teach from zero and would make my concepts strong first ?

After completion of your class 12 if you want to freshly begin the preparation of NEET then the first thing you need to possess the basic portions of the syllabus which would boost up the moral of yours to crack upcoming NEET Exam. Next thing is the teaching methods, see once you are in a Group, and there are other fellow classmates with you, you cannot expect Akash Institute to teach you individually. They have a basic structure of syllabus which is followed for everyone with all the knowledge that you require.
