Hi Aspirant!
M.Tech and MBA both are very different fields. If you want to study in continuation, go for M.Tech as your concepts will be fresh and it might help you further during M.Tech.

>> After doing an M.Tech, you can choose the following path :

  1. Start a teaching career and do PhD
  2. Go in research areas
  3. Join any MNC in IT sector

>> MBA involves study more about business rather than concepts and knowledge. So, if you choose 3rd option (mentioned above), then MBA will provide you more training about that. Moreover, if you go for job directly after B.Tech and then after gaining 3-4 years industry experience, you can still do MBA and it would be more fruitful as you would already have the knowledge. Then you can relate the management terms to your day to day work life.

Thankyou!
