Yes, for sure. If you have an Other Backward Cast or OBC cast certificate and have a family income less than 5 lakhs per annum, then you automatically translate to OBC (NCL) or Non Creamy Layer category and become eligible for the benefits of reservation in all the government colleges and examinations like JEE, NEET etc. So, yes, you are eligible for an OBC (NCL) certificate.
