I am a Defence personal of Indian Army and I want to admit my son in Sainik School Chittorgarh for Class VI. I want to know that in which category I should apply in Cat Gen Home or Defence Home. I belong to Gen Category. Please suggest me.

For home state a candidate is given 67% reservation for the sanik school in that state. It doesn't have to do anything in reservation quota which is given based on caste. You can choose home state and choose defence quota which is for serving personals and ex servicemen's sons which is 25%. So you can choose defence quota in reservation section. There is nothing to do with general if you choose defence quota.
