Dear Vikas

Vikas with having the diploma degree you can't be able to take the admission in any of the premises of IIIT or NIT but yaah you can be able to take the admission in IIT by clearing the JEE Advanced after JEE mains , based upon your scored rank you can be able to take the admission in the IIT premises as a 12th passed student.
