Hey Anurag!

There are a lot of projects you can do to upgrade your resume. You can :

Join an NGO to do social work.

Raise funds on your own to fund a kids education.

Raise funds via online forums for helping poor patients.

Give some classes at a government run school to improve their career exposure to different options.

Take up a community project to to solve a problem.

Hello,
Well, there are a lot of things you can do to improve your profile like internship, certificate programmes but you just have 80 days left and it's not enough to justify your one year gap. If you start your internship or anything from now it won't make that much impact in your interview.
I hope it helps you. Good luck
