I am a dropper student and i got 58 percentile in jee main January attempt and i am very depressed and disappointed with this low score what i should have to do next

Luckily you have April session for appearing in Mains. If you happened to look at your Answer sheet, you might know where you need to improve. You have atleast 2 months of time to prepare for April session and work on these set backs. Now what has happened has happened and you cannot go back in time and rectify that.
