Hello,
In first year do not start preparing for NEET PG. Now is the time for you to get your basics straight. Do anatomy physiology and biochemistry with full concentration and understand the concepts. Don't just study to pass you exams. In this way you can easily apply these concepts in the subsequent years. Also, first year subjects are there in NEET PG so if you do them properly now, when you revise later you will have a strong foundation.
Do not join any coaching now. You can join PG coaching in 3rd year but my advise to you is to build your concepts very well in the first two years. If you still want to prepare you can buy some mcq books like Rebecca James for biochemistry and Arvind Arora and solve anatomy physiology and biochemistry questions.
Hope this helps.
