Hello, Shilpi das!!!
As you are a gap student you should certify yourself to the counselling board.
So you should place you gap certificate before joining the college and also should show in college.

Migration certificate is required to be submitted at the time of admission. So you should make it as soon as possible before admission. You may apply for the certificate anytime after completion of course or before your admission in new College.
