As we know WBJEE is an entrance exam conducted for admission in engineering colleges of WB .
NEET is a national level entrance exam conducted for admission in medical , dental colleges etc of different parts of India.
So now option is yours,if you have keen interest in maths then I will suggest you to go for WBJEE that will help to score good marks and achieve abetter rank that will eventually help in getting a better engineering college with a better stream.
Or if your interest is biology then go for neet.keeping in mind that you have to study physics and chemistry too.
Also choice is also depends on your aim.
