Yes you can study law for three years from jss college.
It's eligibility criteria :-

Candidates who have acquired a minimum score of 45% (40% for reserved category) in their 10+2 examination are eligible for admission to the B.A., LL.B and B.B.A., LL.B courses.


Then you can apply for Indian Defence also after scoring 50% in graduation.
