No, because in 11&12 your stream is the same for changing the stream you will have to repeat 11 too, which can be problematic.

You will have to reappear for the stream you are already in.

Hi .akash gupta I have this same problem but i was fail in 12th science now I want to do 12th commerce Can I do it as a regular student ?????

Hi Sumit,First of all there is no declaration of result for class 12th yet, so be positive and don't be panic for result.And if result is negative as you said, you can fill the arts exam form any government or semi-government school under the GHSEB as a external student.
