The creamy layer or the non creamy layer category depends on the income category of the parents of the student. If the candidate's earning parent (father or mother) earn more than 5 lakh rupees a year then he or she falls on the creamy layer. Otherwise it is non creamy layer.
You will be asked for an income proof of your parent during the time of admissions.
