YES, if you are a merit student (such as if you have acquired merit in any sports on the state level or national level)  in any of the sport you are eligible for the sports quota in any college. and as you said you are a gold medalist in karate and kung fu you can obviously apply for the sports quota. sports quota really helps a lot. it can help you too.
