Hello Aspirant

It doesn't matter that you did your studies in Jharkand as your OBC certificate and Nativity certificate are of Andhra Pradesh so you will be automatically counted as a citizen of Andhra Pradesh and are liable to enjoy all the priviliges offered to you by the government and you can apply for state quota for AP in any exam .
