Hi dear aspirant , as you mentioned your percentile is around 96.4 so according to this your general rank will lie in between 30k to 31k and your obc rank will lie in between 8000to 10000 . If you belong to obc ncl then your obc rank will be considered but if you belong to obc cl than your general rank will be considered . I would also like to add that the cut off of last year was -
