your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that opt any one reference book for each subject for solving MCQ'S like for physics you can opt dc Pandey, universal publication,Allen module,for chemistry you can opt ABC publication,MTG,Dinesh objective,for biology you can opt trueman of biology,MTG,Allen module etc,try not to opt too many books as it will only confuse you so make sure solve one book multiple times.i hope this information helps you.
