As you know the fees for private medical colleges is extremely low and there is not any certain fees that is set. Completion of a MBBS degree can can you to 50 lakhs to 1 lakhs depending upon the college in which you are seeking admission.Now the option for you is either take admission but if you are concerned about you financial problems then take a drop and give everything you've got in the preparing and get a seat in government medical college.
