Yes this students year the students can appear for jee mains exam four times . Also students can appear for jee mains exams for three consecutive years from the year of passing their 12th class. NTA has not set up any age limit criteria for students appearing in jee mains exam.
So yes this year you can give your 4th attempt . So prepare well...

hey there, as per the rules any one from science stream persuing class 12 or someone who has passed class 12 with minimum 75% marks for general catagory students and 65% of reserved catagory students is elegible to sit for JEE mains exam.

so YES you can do the same.
