Yes, you will be allowed to give exam. As there are not any issues in 10th board exams . Yes but there are issues in the entrance exams of government sectors like police, upsc, PSC , they don't allow students who has permanent tattoo on their body.

But in your case there will be no problem so keep calm and Don't worry about it.
