To be eligible for jecece 2021 following eligibility criteria need to be fulfilled:

• The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

• He/She must be a Permanent and Local resident of Jharkhand and to prove this, one needs to submit the permanent or local resident certificate which should be issued by the competent authorities.
