The state level NTSE application form is made available in July. The application forms are available separately for each state and Union Territory. You can obtain the application form from the Liaison Officers of respective states. Candidates can either submit the application form offline or download it from the official website. The form has to be submitted to the state NTSE exam conducting authority.
