Hello. Yes you can apply for EFLU 2019 provided that you pass your 10+2 or its equivalent by the admission time, tentatively by June 2019. Also you must fulfill the eligibility criteria i.e. you must pass your 12th/equivalent with an aggregate of atleast 50% (for general/obc) and 45% (for sc/st) with English as a compulsory subject.
