Gfti like Bit Mesra , Pec Chandigarh, IIEST Shivpur are top colleges and you may get them with lower branches like biotechnology,production engineering , Metallurgy.

And there are also some Gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar,Assam University,Tejpur University,Sant Longowal Punjab in which your chances of getting CS looks possible.

So, apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till special round of counseling.

Since you haven't mentioned your category , considering you to be a UR candidate , your chances seem to be very less of getting a GFTI with a rank of 66k. Because if we look at the previous year GFTI cutoffs , you need a rank under 50k to get a seat there. But don't lose hopes as you can still get a seat in many top colleges.
