Debangshu, keeping in mind your interests I believe a career as a nutritionist or dietician would be rewarding. Alternately you may choose to do a b.tech degree in biomedical engineering... It offers a chance to be part of cutting edge research in topics like genetics. All the best.

Debangshu, for a biomedical engineering degree, most NITs and IITs have it in their course.
For a dietician or nutritionist course, its actually a b.sc degree in nutrition and dieticis. While most premier colleges offer this course you can search whether or not the colleges near you offer it or not
