It is good that you are clear with your aim. But, it is too early now to start the UPSC CSE preparation. At this time, you can make your fundamentals strong. As UPSC generally involves humanities background, you can make your basics strong by opting for humanities background in class 11. However, it is not mandatory as such because there are many other students who clear this exam from non-humanities background. So, you can start your preparation once who are in your college.
