Dear Candidate,

Following is the process of becoming a biochemical engineer-

Students aspiring to become a biochemical engineer must posess relevant aptitude in science, maths and engineering.

Get a bachelor degree in chemical engineering or biochemical engineering.

(Most entry level jobs for biochemical engineering require a basic bachelor degree)

Then obtain an advanced degree

(It may be helpful to have a graduate in a professional speciality to advance in the profession)

Skills required-

Should be creative, inquisitive and analytical.

Should be excellent at working both independently and in teams

Skills involving examining data and process.

Should be good at collecting and analysing data

Should  look for work and internship opportunities that will develop and demonstrate these skills.
