Yes, you can apply for IISER Aptitude Test. As students passing Class 10+2 examination is generally from PCM or PCB or PCMB.

So, students passing from PCB can apply for IISER Aptitude Test for seeking admission to 500-600 seats based on State Central Board(SCB) group.

Although, IISER Aptitude Test will contain Mathematics Questions which can be dealt, as there is no sectional cut-off in this examination.
